Privacy Policy

Effective November 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Unruly Content + Consulting (“Unruly,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit unrulymktg.com (the “Site”), contact us, or work with us on video and social media content.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out the contact form on the Site, we collect your name, business name, email address, and trade, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, city, the plan you are interested in, and anything you write in your message. We also collect information you send us by email, by phone, or while we work together, such as billing details, scheduling information, and logins you share so we can post to your social media accounts.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site’s servers receive basic technical information whenever you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this information to deliver the Site and protect it from attacks and abuse.

The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google describes how it handles this information in the Google Privacy Policy.

Content we capture for clients

On Content Days we record video, photos and audio at our clients’ businesses and job sites. This content may show our clients’ employees, customers, vehicles, homes and property. See People who appear in client content below.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only in these situations:

4. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and it does not store information in your browser. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to tell people apart from automated traffic. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first and offer any choices the law requires.

5. People who appear in client content

Our clients are responsible for getting permission from their employees, customers and property owners before they appear on camera or before their property is filmed. If you appear in content we produced and would like it reviewed, edited or removed, email us at the address below. We will work with the client to address your request, including removing content we control from the client’s accounts where appropriate.

6. How long we keep information

We keep contact form submissions and related emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship. We keep client records and content for as long as our service agreement and legal, tax and accounting requirements call for. After that, we delete the information or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.

7. Security

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
